The customer can place an order through our website, through direct communication (email/phone), or through our sales team.
Upon receiving the order, our sales team confirms product details, quantity, and delivery address. The customer is notified of the order status and expected delivery time.
A proformar invoice is sent to the customer for confirmation, including product specifications, pricing, and payment terms.

Production
After the confirmed order, our production team schedules the manufacturing process. Lead times based on the current production queue and product specifications.

Test & Calibration
